Small Class Learning

In a traditional classroom of 25+ students, neurodiverse learners often get “lost in the middle.” At ALA, we maintain a strict Small Class Learning model with a maximum of 15 students to two special educators per group.. This intimacy allows our educators to catch misunderstandings the moment they happen and provide immediate, positive reinforcement.
